Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Developer to step into an active role and keep platform deliveries on track while permanent recruitment is underway. You will work directly as an integrated member of the core team from day one, developing and scaling the Google Cloud platform, landing zones, security guardrails, and compliance capabilities that internal development teams rely on daily. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Key Responsibilities: - Platform Infrastructure & Automation: Develop and maintain GCP landing zones, core platform capabilities, and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines using Terraform and GitHub Actions. - Security, Compliance & Enablement: Implement security guardrails, compliance policies, and threat modeling while documenting solutions and supporting internal teams with secure engineering practices. Required Qualifications:

  • 4-7+ years of solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) within large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven expertise in Terraform and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
  • Strong background building and managing CI/CD pipelines, specifically with GitHub Actions.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • In-depth expertise in cloud security domains including Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, encryption, and key management.
  • Experience navigating large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell.
  • Multi-cloud exposure across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
  • Professional background in banking, financial services, or other heavily regulated industries.
  • Experience with logging infrastructure, SIEM tools, or incident response workflows.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong collaboration skills aligned with agile ways of working within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing abilities for effective documentation and knowledge sharing.
