Cloud Architect

Cloud Architect (AWS) | Copenhagen, Denmark | Hybrid 1-2x days per week We are partnering with a leading Scandinavian organisation embarking on a large-scale cloud transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Cloud Architect to help shape and deliver their cloud strategy. You will play a key role in designing enterprise-scale AWS solutions, driving cloud adoption, establishing best practices, and supporting the migration of critical business applications into a modern, secure, and scalable cloud environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient AWS cloud architectures.
• Lead cloud transformation and migration initiatives from on-premise environments to AWS.
• Define cloud governance, security, networking, and operational best practices.
• Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
• Design cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS managed services.
• Establish Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards and automation frameworks.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD implementation across cloud platforms.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
• Ensure solutions align with compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor engineers and architects on cloud technologies and best practices.

Preferred Experience

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification.
• Experience within large enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, or AI workloads in AWS.
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure and/or GCP).
