Cloud & AI Platform Sales Specialist

Microsoft is seeking an experienced Cloud & AI Platform Sales Specialist to drive growth and digital transformation across our largest customers in Norway. In this role, you will help organizations modernize applications and data platforms, accelerate AI adoption, and realize business value from Microsoft Azure. As a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, you will shape strategic cloud and AI initiatives, build executive relationships, and lead complex sales pursuits that drive customer success and business growth. Responsibilities

• Drive Azure, Data, AI, and application modernization growth across a portfolio of strategic customers.
• Develop and execute account strategies that accelerate cloud adoption and business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical decision-makers.
• Lead complex solution sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and large-scale transformational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for modernization of applications, databases, analytics, and AI platforms.
• Partner closely with account teams, technical specialists, customer success teams, and partners to deliver end-to-end customer value.
• Position Microsoft as the strategic platform for AI transformation, innovation, resilience, and digital sovereignty.
• Forecast business accurately and maintain a strong pipeline that delivers sustainable growth.
• Influence customer investment priorities and business cases through industry insights and thought leadership.

• Significant enterprise technology sales experience in cloud, infrastructure, data, AI, software, or digital transformation solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business goals in complex enterprise sales environments.
• Experience engaging senior business and technology executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large strategic opportunities from qualification through close.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead through influence across virtual teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Norwegian language knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms, application modernization, data platforms, analytics, or AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Data & AI, Kubernetes, databases, or cloud-native architectures.
• Executive presence and ability to communicate business value with senior stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation and helping organizations create meaningful impact through technology.
