Clinical Systems Business Analyst – Veeva CTMS

On behalf of a client in the Life Sciences industry, we are looking for a Veeva CTMS Business Analyst to support the development and improvement of clinical trial management solutions, with a focus on Veeva CTMS and risk-based monitoring. Main Responsibilities

• Drive CTMS initiatives from problem discovery through solution definition and implementation support
• Analyse clinical trial management needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions
• Support solution discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops and collaboration with UX, design, technical and architecture teams
• Work with CTMS capabilities including Monitoring, Issue Management and Trial Oversight
• Support communication, training and adoption of new or improved solutions

Key Requirements

• Strong CTMS domain knowledge and experience with clinical trial management systems
• Experience with Veeva systems, preferably Veeva Clinical / Veeva CTMS
• Hands-on knowledge of CTMS functionality such as Monitoring, Issue Management and Trial Oversight, or equivalent CTMS platforms
• Business Analyst experience within clinical systems management and understanding of clinical trial conduct
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including workshops, interviews and independent delivery of initiatives
• Experience with Lean/Agile product development and data-driven solution development
• Experience with risk-based monitoring applications for clinical trials is an advantage
• Experience working across UX, design, technical and architecture teams is an advantage
