What you'll do

Location: Riyadh, SA, 3734 Date Posted: 4 Oct 2026 Contract type: Permanent Work Type: On-site Part Time / Full Time: Full Time Diaverum is a Swedish-born, multinational healthcare organisation providing life-enhancing renal care to patients with chronic kidney disease. With more than 15,000 employees across 25 countries, and over 1,400 colleagues in 33 cities and towns across the Kingdom, we combine global experience with strong local presence. Our vision is to transform renal care by broadening access to high-quality kidney care. This is enabled by our standardised care delivery model, continuously evolving digital and AI capabilities, and people who care with competence, passion and inspiration. At Diaverum Saudi Arabia, a clinic runs well when its administration runs well. The Clinic Administrator is the operational backbone of the clinic, keeping the facility, finances, supplies and staff administration in order so that clinical teams focus on what they do best: delivering care to patients. We are now looking for a Clinic Administrator who owns the day-to-day facility management of the clinic, maintains financial accuracy and serves as the first point of contact for staff, external parties and HQ. The Role Clinic Administrator is responsible for the daily facility management, financial reporting, inventory control, staff administration and compliance of an assigned Diaverum clinic. You work across operations, finance, HR coordination and communications to keep the clinic running smoothly and in line with Diaverum standards. You will report to the Clinic Manager and work closely with the Head Nurse, Employee Services team, logistics, IT and HQ support functions. You will directly supervise the receptionist, security and drivers, and indirectly support patient assistants and cleaners. What You Will Do You will own the operational running of the clinic across five areas: facility, finance, HR coordination, compliance and communications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take ownership of the clinic facility to ensure it is tidy, safe and reflects Diaverum standards.
  • Manage clinic activities related to labor including cleaners, security and maintenance.
  • Ensure availability of necessary clinic supplies in coordination with the Head Nurse.
  • Manage product consumption and inventory of supplies and medications.
  • Maintain equipment, utilities and housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure accuracy of billing reports and finalise all billing requirements by the 3rd working day.
  • Manage petty cash usage and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Support the onboarding of new clinic staff and ensure completion of new employee details in coordination with the Employee Services team.
  • Serve as the first point of contact on the ground for staff queries.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with all Diaverum policies and procedures.
  • Act as the liaison point with IT and provide support for minor IT incidents when applicable.

Who You Are You are organised, reliable and take ownership of how the clinic operates day to day. You handle multiple responsibilities without losing accuracy and you follow through without needing to be reminded. You will be well-suited to this role if you:

  • Manage operational tasks across different areas without losing focus or accuracy.
  • Communicate clearly with clinic staff, external parties and HQ.
  • Handle financial records and reporting with precision and on time.
  • Identify issues early and resolve them before they affect the clinic or the team.
  • Take the Diaverum brand and standards seriously at every level.

Experience And Qualifications We are looking for someone with real, hands-on experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare or clinic environment. What we need:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospital Management or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems.

What you need to be able to do:

  • Clinic or hospital facility management and operations.
  • Financial reporting, billing, petty cash and inventory management.
  • Coordinating with HR, logistics and IT support functions.
  • Participating in audits and implementing compliance action plans.

What gives you an edge:

  • Experience in a multi-site healthcare organisation.
  • Familiarity with MOH or regulatory reporting requirements in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience supervising small teams such as reception, security or support staff.
  • Knowledge of supply chain coordination and stock management.

What Makes This Role Meaningful When a clinic is clean, well-stocked, financially accurate and properly staffed, clinical teams can focus entirely on patients. When it is not, everyone feels it. The Clinic Administrator is the person who makes sure the first scenario is the reality every day. Your work does not happen on the clinic floor, but it directly enables everything that does. Diaverum has a clear mission and a long-term presence in Saudi Arabia. Ready to Make a Difference? If you bring operational discipline, financial accuracy and a genuine commitment to keeping things running properly, apply. We review every application.
