What you'll do

Would you like to play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients while working at the intersection of energy, data, systems and operations? About the role As Client Success Manager, you will become part of the Client Success team in our Energy Asset Integration & Operations department. The team is responsible for the operational client journey after a contract has been signed. This includes onboarding and offboarding assets, managing master data, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring that the necessary systems, registrations, and stakeholders are aligned. You will work with renewable and flexible energy assets such as wind turbines, solar parks, batteries, and electric boilers. The role requires you to navigate confidently between clients, commercial colleagues, operational teams and technical systems—and to take responsibility for getting processes safely across the line. Your primary responsibilities Onboarding and data management

  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of clients and energy assets.
  • Collect, import and quality-assure metering data and asset master data.
  • Ensure that internal systems are configured correctly and that the required registrations are completed.
  • Coordinate supplier switching and related market processes.
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that onboarding activities are completed on time.

Daily operations and client coordination

  • Handle operational requests and questions from clients and colleagues.
  • Coordinate outages, redispatch activities, and changes affecting the operation of client assets.
  • Identify missing information, clarify uncertainties, and make sure issues are followed through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure that relevant information is available to the teams that depend on it.
  • Contribute to a reliable and professional day-to-day experience for our clients.

Cross-functional responsibility and improvements

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales, Trading, Settlement, IT, and other operational teams.
  • Coordinate dependencies across teams and ensure clear ownership of outstanding tasks.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate manual processes.
  • Contribute to the further development of our master-data platform and operational tools.
  • Explore how automation and AI can improve quality, efficiency, and scalability in the team’s work.

We need a colleague who enjoys working with structure, data and systems, and who takes responsibility for getting processes safely across the line. If you like working in detail, keeping track of many dependencies and at the same time being curious about smarter solutions, you will fit in perfectly here with us. Anders Borup, Manager, Energy Asset Integration & Operations Who you are You are structured, thorough, and comfortable working with detailed and data-intensive processes. You take ownership and follow tasks through, even when they involve several systems, teams, and external stakeholders. At the same time, you are pragmatic and service minded. You communicate clearly, ask questions when something is unclear, and enjoy helping both clients and colleagues find workable solutions. You do not need to be an energy-market expert from day one. However, you should be curious about the energy sector and motivated to learn how commercial agreements, market processes, data, and physical assets are connected. We imagine that you

  • Have experience in an operational, administrative, analytical, or client-facing role.
  • Work systematically and maintain an overview when handling several parallel processes.
  • Are comfortable working with data, digital tools and business systems.
  • Take independent responsibility for tasks and deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Enjoy collaborating across teams and professional disciplines.
  • Are curious about process improvements, automation and the practical use of AI.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish or another European language is an advantage.

Ideally have experience from the energy sector, although this is not a requirement. Your educational background may be commercial, technical or administrative. Your approach to the work and your ability to create structure and follow through are more important than a specific degree. We offer You will join an ambitious energy-trading company operating in a rapidly developing market. You will become part of a collaborative environment with short decision paths, significant responsibility and close interaction between commercial, operational and technical specialists. The role offers a broad insight into energy trading and the operational management of renewable and flexible assets. Although the position is temporary, you will be given genuine responsibility and the opportunity to make a visible contribution to the team and our clients from the beginning. Interested? If you would like to know more about the position, please contact Anders Borup, Manager of Energy Asset Integration & Operations, at +45 44 14 00 95.
