Client Manager, Cloud Tech Services Most tech salespeople know the dread of pitching a bold vision, signing the deal, and watching delivery crash because the engineering team can’t back up the hype. At Playground Tech, you won’t have that problem. We build and run modern cloud environments for companies with zero tolerance for downtime or fluff. Our technical depth is real, our engineers are among the sharpest in the Nordics, and our partner ecosystem is dialed in. Now, we need a commercially minded, people-first sales driver to turn conversations into long-term partnerships, and keep our consultants doing what they do best. You will own the commercial journey end-to-end. That means hunting down new opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and acting as the commercial anchor for our consultants and cloud projects. You aren't pitching off-the-shelf slide decks; you're matching real engineering power and bleedin-edge solutions, to hard business problems. What You'll Do

• Own the full cycle: Hunt, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals for both cloud consultancy projects and managed platform services.
• Be the consultants’ champion: Run regular 1:1s with our consultants, coach them ahead of client interviews, and spot growth opportunities inside active accounts.
• Drive partner-led deals: Work hand-in-hand with major cloud platform partners to co-sell and win shared opportunities.
• Lead client discovery: Run workshops and pitches alongside our Principal Architects and technical leads—translating complex cloud architectures into business value.
• Grow the bench: Collaborate with recruitment to evaluate incoming talent and sell Playground Tech to senior engineers.
• Run a tight ship: Keep the CRM updated, write airtight quotes with management, and coordinate pipelines across the wider group. No micromanagement, just mutual accountability.

Your Player Profile You have a commercial engine, and you win deals through trust, curiosity, and relationships rather than hard-sell tactics. You know the tech consulting landscape inside out and genuinely care about the people on both sides of the contract. You believe in, and foster, team-wins (read: no douche-bags needed or wanted), and, at the same time, you nurture that competetive gene of yours that was one driver for you starting in sales.

• B2B Tech Track Record: You have between 5-10 years of experience selling tech solutions, cloud infrastructure, and/or consulting services in Sweden.
• The Consultant Mindset: You understand utilization rates, consultancy and managed services sales dynamics, and how to position specialist engineers so clients immediately see the ROI.
• Tech Literacy: You don't need to write Terraform code, but you should understand cloud principles enough to hold your own with an engineering manager or CTO.
• Communication & Craft: Fluent in Swedish and English (written and verbal). You communicate clearly, skip the buzzwords, and make complex things feel straightforward.
• Self-Driven Discipline: You treat your pipeline like your own business. Organized, structured, and proactive.
