We work closely with our colleagues in numerous product areas with the ambition to jointly deliver value added services, solutions and products to our clients. As a Client Executive, you will be overall responsible for both defining and following up on the clients strategy, truly understand clients’ needs to enable new business opportunities and be responsible for managing the credit and compliance risks. In line with Nordea´s overall strategy you will focus on driving income growth, client satisfaction and be a great asset to the team. You will work with the existing client portfolio but also attracting new clients. We add value to Nordea and our clients by offering a full range of services and products to our largest and most demanding real estate clients. As Client Executive you will become an integral part of our team and will be given an active role with great responsibilities in a dynamic environment. What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible, together with the client team, for defining the relationship strategy and to successfully execute on it
• Leverage on your network in the real estate industry to originate new business opportunities including the acquisition of new clients
• Proactively support our clients both with strategic advice and solutions
• Responsible for the relationship development of a defined client portfolio. You are responsible for managing and growing the relationships keeping credit risk management in mind
• To build frequent and value adding dialogue with your clients on senior level, promote Nordea’s products and services and how our expertise can support our client’s in the best possible way
• Build and develop a network with stakeholders in Nordea to optimise coordination towards our clients.
• Independently lead and coordinate debt financing projects, internally as well as externally
• Responsible for the credit and compliance process, ensuring that credit risk and profitability for each client is in accordance with our targets and guidelines

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Have an academic degree and preferably at least 5 to 10 years experience from the real estate industry at senior level, preferably within real estate financing, could be both on lender and borrower side
• Previous experience from strategic analysis and/or expertise within Markets, Investment Banking & Equities will be an advantage
• Are motivated and committed to be part of a team with a winning mentality and to contribute to our joint success
• Strive to the opportunity to work in client teams and to develop value added dialogues with the clients, including at the very senior level
• Have proven ability to build strong personal relationships and in possession of an established network in the Swedish real estate industry
• As a person are self-driven, analytical with problem solving skills combined with good negotiation skills and high business acumen where you take ownership of driving the business with your client portfolio
• Have a solid understanding of credit risk and preferably also of a bank’s product offering and services to real estate clients, as well as you thrive in a hectic environment where tight deadlines and sharp delivery is key to client satisfaction
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Swedish
