We are currently looking for a Client Advisor to join our brand-new concession at Illum. Your Impact The Day-To-Day PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

• Has strong knowledge of the collection
• Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities

BUSINESS

• Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
• Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross- selling

OPERATIONS / STOCK MANAGEMENT

• Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
• Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards

Opening and closing responsibilities. Qualifications Key Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles;
• Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus;
• Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
• Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Strong communication skills;
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation;
• Fluency & sophistication in Danish and English, another language is a plus;
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
