We are looking for a CLEANING SERVICE SUPERVISOR to Espoo!

At Coor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, take on new challenges, and grow in your role as part of a supportive team. The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for maintaining service excellence and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the site on weekdays between 11:00-19:00. The employment is full-time and permanent. The salary is paid according to the collective agreement of the facilities services sector. You will work in an office building in Espoo with excellent transport connections. Start date in the position is as soon as possible.

What does a Cleaning Supervisors workday involve?

In this role, you certainly wont get bored. The days go by quickly with great colleagues while you work together to make everyday life better for our customers. You will also work in close collaboration with the area's Cleaning Manager.

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for the quality and consistency of cleaning across our clients premises, for organizing the cleaning team's work, and for the general tidiness and presentation of the office, including the areas that visitors see first.

Core responsibilities:

• Quality control - Team coordination - Supply orders - Day to day support at the site - Plan seasonal or periodic deep-cleaning activities

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced cleaning professional to join our team. We hope that you have at least a vocational qualification in cleaning services and minimum of a few years of experience in the cleaning industry. You are fluent in English. A valid Occupational Safety Card and Hygiene Passport are considered an advantage, but the required training can also be completed after you have started in the role.

You have a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy working with people. You know how to motivate and support others in their daily cleaning work. You are approachable and easy to work with, while also being confident and decisive when the situation calls for it.

You will use various digital tools in your work, for example during onboarding, training, and reporting. In addition, most of our tasks involve the use of cleaning machines and robots to support the work. You will receive comprehensive training on our equipment and digital platforms. In return, we expect you to have the readiness and interest to learn new technologies and tools.

A security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate before the employment begins.
