About the position

Safai Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaner to perform cleaning and facility service duties at our customer locations.

The work includes maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic premises in accordance with the employers instructions and customer requirements.

Main duties

The Cleaners duties may include:

• Regular cleaning and maintenance of customer premises

• Cleaning floors, surfaces, sanitary facilities and common areas

• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting

• Waste collection and disposal according to workplace instructions

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Using cleaning equipment and materials safely

• Following employer instructions and work schedules

• Following occupational safety regulations

• Following customer-site rules and security instructions

Requirements

We are looking for a person who:

• Is reliable, responsible and punctual

• Is able to work independently

• Has good attention to cleanliness and quality

• Is physically able to perform cleaning duties

• Is willing to work at different customer locations when required

• Follows occupational safety and workplace instructions

• Has a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues

Previous experience in cleaning or facility services is considered an advantage.

Working hours

Working hours are scheduled according to operational and customer needs and in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

The position involves an average working time arrangement of 8 hours per week.

Depending on work requirements and the applicable collective agreement, work may include:

• Additional working hours

• Sunday work

• Other scheduled shifts in accordance with the Facility Services Sector collective agreement

Salary and benefits

Salary and applicable supplements are paid in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Facility Services Sector (Kiinteistöpalveluala TES).

The applicable hourly wage at the commencement of employment is €12.26 per hour, or the valid TES minimum wage applicable at the time of payment.

Applicable supplements, such as evening, night, Sunday and overtime compensation, are paid according to the collective agreement.

Work location

The work is performed primarily at Safai Cleaning Services customer locations in the Pirkanmaa region. Work may also be assigned to other customer locations in Finland when reasonably required by the employers business operations.
