Are you interested in working in an international and people-oriented environment where appreciation, trust, and commitment are reflected in everyday actions, and where opportunities for growth and development are encouraged? At N-Clean, work is carried out responsibly as part of a reliable team.

At the beginning of your employment, you will work in various commercial and service properties, such as care homes, offices, gyms, and shopping centres. Work is mainly performed on weekdays and weekends in different shifts, including early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM, as well as morning and evening shifts. In this role, you will independently ensure the cleanliness of our client sites and carry out other customer service tasks related to cleaning services. You will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of daily operations. You will work responsibly, follow safety and quality procedures, and take care of your working environment.

Your responsibilities include

  • Daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring the quality of your own work
  • Proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
  • Cooperation with customers and colleagues
  • Working independently and carefully
  • Acting responsibly and reliably
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills

We expect you to have

  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping services
  • The ability to understand work instructions and communicate sufficiently to manage your employment and work safely, either in Finnish or English. Fluency in Finnish is not required, and English language skills can replace Finnish language proficiency. We value a diverse workplace where different languages and cultural backgrounds are considered strengths.
  • A way of working that supports a safe, equal, and respectful work community
  • A valid work permit if you are not a Finnish citizen

We offer you

  • A fixed-term employment contract, 5 hours per week
  • Employment starting as soon as possible once the right person is found and ending on 30 September 2026
  • A competitive salary in accordance with the collective agreement, €11.33–€12.59/hour
  • Comprehensive onboarding and support for starting your work through our renewed Onboarding Path and N-Clean Academy
  • A start date agreed together
  • Opportunities for professional development and internal career advancement
  • A safe and respectful work environment
  • A responsible employer committed to fair employment terms, a safe workplace, and employee wellbeing
  • A people-first workplace with an eNPS score of 55
