What you'll do

Your workplace at the beginning of your employment will be a retail store, where work is performed in various shifts, including early morning shifts starting at 6:00 a.m., as well as morning and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our customer site independently, as well as performing other customer service tasks related to cleaning services. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of everyday operations. You will work responsibly, follow safety and quality practices, and take care of your work environment.

Your duties include, among other things

  • Daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring the quality of your own work
  • Proper use and care of cleaning equipment and materials
  • Cooperation with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and carefully
  • Responsibility and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and develop your skills

We expect you to have

  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping services
  • The ability to understand work instructions and communicate in Finnish or English to manage employment-related matters and ensure safe working practices. The role does not require fluent Finnish language skills, and English language proficiency can replace Finnish language skills. We value a diverse work community where different language and cultural backgrounds are considered a strength.
  • A way of working that supports a safe, equal, and respectful workplace
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car, as the role includes travelling within the work area
  • If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit
  • Relevant education in the field, a hygiene passport and/or an occupational safety card are considered an advantage

We offer you

  • A fixed-term employment contract, 10 hours per week
  • A competitive salary in accordance with the collective agreement, starting from €11.33–12.59/hour from 1 August 2026
