Requisition ID: 66612 Position Type: FT Permanent Workplace Arrangement: #LI-Onsite About the role We have an excellent opportunity for a CI Manager to join our Spray Drying facilities in Glamsbjerg. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will lead the site-wide agenda for Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Automation, Digital Transformation and capability building. The role is accountable for delivering breakthrough improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People performance through structured transformation programmes, Lean operations, Industry 4.0 initiatives and cultural change. The role will act as the architect of the site improvement system, ensuring continuous improvement becomes embedded in daily operations and leadership behaviours. What you'll be doing

  • Develop and deploy the site Operational Excellence strategy.
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, 1KPS and loss elimination programmes.
  • Own the site transformation roadmap and CI portfolio.
  • Lead Industry 4.0, digitalisation and smart factory initiatives.
  • Drive data-led decision making through KPI governance and Power BI style analytics.
  • Facilitate value stream mapping, Kaizen events and root cause programmes.
  • Build capability through coaching leaders, supervisors and operators.
  • Develop a network of CI champions across the site.
  • Deliver productivity, OEE, waste and cost reduction improvements.
  • Support capital projects and business case development.
  • Benchmark against world-class manufacturing practices.
  • Lead change management for major organisational and operational changes.

What you can bring to the role

  • A visible leader on the shopfloor who can challenge the status quo, create accountability build trust across functions, influence without authority, drive execution, develop future leaders and create a high-performance culture.
  • Fluency in English – both spoken and written (please submit CV in English).
  • Proven experience in a complex manufacturing environment – food and beverage manufacturing experience would be a plus.
  • Previous experience of leading Operational Excellence, Lean, CI or Transformation programmes.
  • Demonstrated delivery of significant operational and financial results.
  • Experience of leading cross-functional change at site level.
  • Experience within FMCG, Food, Beverage, Pharma or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
  • Ideally Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, TPM certification, Project Management qualification and experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Technical skills and experience within; Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, RCA, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Digital Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Power BI, SAP, Change Management, Cost Deployment, Operational Excellence Systems.
