Chief Product & Technology Officer 📍 Stockholm / Greater Stockholm 💼 Home-based with monthly travel to Finland 📣 English required; Swedish is a big plus An established B2B software company within the transportation sector is looking for a CPTO to lead its next stage of product and technology development. With an international customer base and ambitious growth plans, this is an opportunity to shape product strategy, modernise a business-critical platform and strengthen engineering delivery. The role:

• Lead a product and technology team of around 10, reporting to the CEO.
• Own product strategy and roadmap priorities, connecting investment with customer needs and commercial growth.
• Drive legacy modernisation across .NET, cloud infrastructure, UIs, APIs and integrations.
• Improve delivery through clear engineering standards, CI/CD, automated testing and reliable releases.
• Define the AI strategy, covering engineering productivity, data foundations, analytics and future product capabilities.
• Work with security and support leadership to strengthen resilience and service reliability.
• Develop the team through mentoring, hiring and up-skilling.

What you bring:

• Product and engineering leadership: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, owning product priorities and technical delivery.
• Transformation experience: A track record of modernising legacy software while maintaining reliable business-critical services.
• Technical depth: Strong expertise in .NET, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automated testing and distributed systems.
• Commercial judgement: Experience building clear roadmaps and connecting technology decisions with business value.
• AI and data experience: Delivery of AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives, supported by sound data architecture and governance.
• Change leadership: The ability to build accountability, improve engineering practices and bring people through change.
