Chief Product & Technology Officer 📍Stockholm / Greater Stockholm 💼 Home-based with regular travel to Finland - 1x month 📣 English required; Swedish is a plus. An established B2B software company is looking for a CPTO to lead its product and technology organisation through its next stage of growth. With a loyal customer base and the ambition to double the business within three years, there’s a clear opportunity to shape both what gets built and how it’s delivered. The role:

• Lead a product and technology team of around 10 people.
• Build a proactive roadmap that anticipates market needs.
• Reduce development lead times and introduce automated testing.
• Embed AI into engineering workflows to improve delivery.
• Connect product investment with revenue and business growth.

What you bring:

• Experience across both product and technology: You’ve owned product priorities and led engineering teams, with enough technical depth to challenge decisions and guide delivery.
• A track record of improving delivery: You can identify bottlenecks, clarify responsibilities and introduce processes that help teams deliver faster while maintaining quality.
• Practical AI implementation experience: You’ve helped engineers adopt AI tools within their development workflow and can explain the results.
• Product roadmap ownership: You can balance customer feedback, market opportunities and commercial priorities, making clear decisions about what gets built and why.
• Commercial understanding: You can connect product decisions to revenue opportunities and explain their value to business stakeholders.
• Change leadership: You’ve guided teams through new tools or ways of working, building buy-in and accountability.
