Role snapshot
We are looking for a Chief People & Transformation Officer to join Solita’s Group Leadership Team and lead our Group People & Culture agenda. Solita is entering a new phase of growth and renewal. AI is changing our industry, the consulting market and the way expert work gets done. Customer needs are evolving, and the capabilities we need are evolving with them. As our business evolves, so do our organisation, leadership and capability needs. We want P&C to play an active role in shaping this change together with the business. What you will do As a member of the Group Leadership Team, you will contribute to Solita’s business direction. At Solita, people leadership belongs to the business, with P&C bringing expertise and perspective to help leaders shape and lead their organisations. We have built a strong foundation over the past years: a stronger HRBP model, common job architecture and competence framework, shared HR platforms and a renewed Leadership Manifesto. Our next step is to build on these foundations and make P&C an even stronger partner in shaping how Solita evolves. In practice, you will:
What we are looking for We are particularly interested in people who combine business and leadership experience with strong expertise in people, organisational development and transformation. Experience in consulting, professional services or a similar business environment would be valuable, but we are open to different career paths. We believe you will succeed in this role if you:
We don’t expect one person to tick every box or to have followed a particular career path. If the opportunity resonates with you and you believe your experience could bring something valuable to Solita, we would like to hear from you. We are a Nordic company by heart, European by nature. You can choose your home office from any of our office locations in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Poland and the UK. Some travel is expected, as our Leadership Team meets with our country teams regularly. How to apply If this sounds like a role where you could make a difference, submit your CV or LinkedIn profile, together with a short application letter telling us what interests you about the role and what you believe you could bring to Solita’s next phase. Please apply by Saturday 31 October. The recruitment process includes interviews with Senior Recruitment Consultant Miia Antila, CEO Ossi Lindroos, members of the Group Leadership Team and key stakeholders across Solita. The final stage of the process includes a role-based suitability assessment and a role-based background check. The compensation package will be discussed as part of the process. For questions about the role or recruitment process, please contact Miia Antila, Senior Recruitment Consultant, miia.antila@solita.fi. Please note that, for GDPR reasons, we cannot process applications sent by email. Also, as a key technology, data, and design partner, Solita’s business is built on trust and responsibility. For this reason, the selected candidate’s identity, work history, technical capabilities and credit record will be verified. These checks are carried out in accordance with and within the limits of the Act on the Protection of Privacy in Working Life.
