Chief Engineer (C/E) | Bulkcarrier

• Key responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the engine room team
• Operate, monitor, and maintain all main and auxiliary machinery
• Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure safe engine room operations and compliance with company and international regulations
• Manage bunker operations, fuel and lube oil consumption, and engine room spares
• Prepare technical reports and keep engine logs updated
• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Engineer license for seagoing vessels
• Recent experience as Chief Engineer, preferably on bulk carriers
• Good knowledge of engine room systems, PMS, and safety procedures
• Valid STCW certificates, medical fitness, and seafarer documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
