Our kitchens are fast-paced, structured and full of energy. We are looking for people who care about food, consistency, teamwork and delivering quality during busy services. What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking dishes according to Basta standards.
• Supporting smooth service in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• Keeping strong standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain pace and organisation.
• Following food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Contributing to a positive, focused and collaborative kitchen culture.
