Chef

Delicatessen is a place to enjoy quality time with family, friends, and colleagues, or simply relax with a glass of wine and new flavors at the bar. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we offer an experience that is intimate, social, and professional. We are now looking for a chef to join our kitchen team in a part-time position of approximately 50%, with a preferred start as soon as possible. Responsibilities And Qualifications As a chef, you will prepare, cook, and plate dishes from our lunch, à la carte, and set menus. The role includes:

• Working closely with the other chefs to maintain consistent quality
• Handling stress and periods of high workload
• Following our routines for HSE, training, and quality control
• Preparing ingredients and mise en place
• Keeping your station, equipment, and personal workspace clean
• Working efficiently
• Holding a professional chef certificate

We are looking for someone who:

• Is enthusiastic, service minded, and eager to learn
• Preferably has experience with Spanish cuisine
• Is structured, clean, and organized
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Can work evenings and weekends
