This is a full-time position (100%) starting on September 16, 2026. Untill the end of the year. With a chance to work in a larger company with many more bars opening up further on. • Passion for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests
• Ability to prepare dishes according to established routines and profitability goals
• Experience in daily mise en place, lunches, and event catering
• Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and safety standards
• Capacity to follow our culinary concept and maintain high standards
• Team player who fosters collaboration between the kitchen, service, and bar
• Understanding of fluent Norwegian or English
