Chef de Partie

Slurp Ramen is looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team as soon as possible. We're a busy ramen restaurant in central Copenhagen with a small, close team that cares a lot about good food and a good atmosphere. We make our broths, tare and toppings in-house. You don't need ramen experience, because we'll teach you everything you need to know about our bowls. What we're looking for

• Experience as a Chef de Partie, or as a strong commis ready to step up
• Someone reliable, calm under pressure and good in a team
• Interest in Japanese and Asian food, and a wish to learn
• Available for full-time work (40+ hours a week), including evenings and weekends
• You must already live in Denmark and have the right to work here
