You will be responsible for managing your designated section, preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, and ensuring consistency, presentation, and food safety at all times. You will help ensure smooth kitchen operations and an exceptional dining experience for every guest. • Smooth running of kitchen in absence of the Sous Chef.
• To produce the highest quality of food to our guests.
• Receive, document and rotate deliveries accordingly.
• Ensure all kitchen operating standards are always fully compliant.
• Ensure all HACCP & COSHH is followed completely within the law.
• Management of cost and waste control.
• Controlling stock/inventory procedures.
• Adapt to guest and employee requests.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, fridges & storage areas
• Abide by the European Directive for the implementation of Food Allergens.

YOUR PROVEN TRACK

• 2 years of High-Volume Hotel, Brasserie or Restaurant Kitchen
• Basic level Certificate from a Culinary Arts program
