Central Recruitment Team Lead Gi Group · Stavanger / Bryne (on-site) About the role As Central Recruitment Team Lead, you own recruitment for our high-volume blue collar projects across Norway – centrally coordinated from Stavanger. This is a hands-on leadership role: around 70% of your time is spent actively recruiting yourself, and about 30% leading your team. Together, you and your team recruit across sites and projects for various clients nationwide, with a focus on sourcing and screening to build a strong candidate pool. The current focus is on logistics and production – an area we're continuously expanding. Your responsibilities

• Actively recruit end-to-end – from sourcing and screening through to hiring (approx. 70% of your role)
• Own the recruitment and selection process across various projects and regions throughout Norway
• Build and grow a strong candidate blue collar pool, with current focus on logistics and production
• Drive recruitment activities and select the most effective channels and methods
• Professionally post and adjust job ads, continuously reviewing channel effectiveness
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience – screening, phone interviews, and virtual hiring steps in line with clear guidelines
• Lead and develop your team (approx. 30% of your role): manage day-to-day operations, onboarding, coaching, feedback, and annual reviews
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Services, Regional Functions, and represent Gi Group strongly in the candidate market
• Contribute to reporting and help optimize recruitment processes and strategy together with Recruitment Director

About you

• 3–5 years of experience in a comparable role
• Experience leading teams professionally
• Experience in staffing / recruitment is a plus, but not a requirement
• Fluent Norwegian, spoken and written; good English as a second language
• Results-driven, solution-oriented, resilient, and a strong communicator
• Enjoys people leadership and continuous development
