Cash Management Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking a Cash Management Analyst to join our Treasury team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's bank accounts, ensuring payments are executed accurately and on time, and that sufficient balances are maintained across all accounts. You will work closely with accounting colleagues and act as an operational point of contact towards our partner banks. The role reports to the Head of Group Treasury and is an opportunity to develop within a growing treasury function. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the company's bank accounts, including setting up new accounts with the banks used.
• Execute and quality-assure bank payments in line with established procedures and approval rules.
• Monitor liquidity on a daily basis, ensuring sufficient balances across all accounts and initiating transfers where needed.
• Support cash flow forecasting and internal reporting of the group's liquidity position.
• Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies together with accounting.
• Act as an operational point of contact towards the banks.
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of cash management processes, and to the documentation of routines.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience from banking, treasury, accounting, or a similar operational finance environment.
• Proactive and independent approach to work, with a strong ability to drive results and manage key processes.
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience from using AI in daily work.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
