Role Description The Carpenter role at RCM CONSTRUCTION APS is a full-time, on-site position located in Odense Kommune. Day-to-day tasks include performing structural and finish carpentry, measuring and cutting materials, assembling and installing frameworks, doors, windows, and other wooden structures. The carpenter will safely operate hand tools and power tools, read and interpret technical drawings, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with other trades on-site, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting efficient project completion within agreed timelines. Qualifications

• Strong carpentry skills with experience in both rough and finish carpentry, including framing.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and building specifications.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and adherence to relevant regulations.
• Previous experience as a carpenter or completion of a relevant vocational training/apprenticeship.
• Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks and work in varying on-site conditions.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English or Danish; a driver’s license is an advantage.
