What you'll do

Would you like to help shape the systems and planning capabilities that keep a global value chain moving? Join our Global Value Chain organisation and play a key role in developing and improving our Anaplan platform, enabling colleagues across supply planning, demand planning and market fulfilment to make better, data-driven decisions every day. Bring planning systems to life across a global value chain As our new Business System Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and improving ECCO's Anaplan platform, supporting planning processes across our global value chain. Working in the Anaplan Model Building and Improvement team, you will collaborate with colleagues across Global S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Market Fulfilment, Finance and regional organisations. Your focus will be translating business needs into practical system solutions that enable better planning, stronger data quality and informed decision-making. This is a hands-on role where you will combine system development, stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement of the platform that supports planning across ECCO. More specifically, you will:

  • Develop, enhance and maintain Anaplan models to support business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify improvements and translate requirements into solutions.
  • Maintain data structures, documentation and development standards across models and integrations.
  • Support super users and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of the Anaplan platform.

Bring analytical thinking and a passion for improving systems You enjoy understanding how business processes and systems connect and are motivated by turning complex requirements into practical solutions. You are curious by nature, eager to learn and comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different functions and cultures. We imagine that you:

  • Hold a degree within engineering, supply chain, IT, business or a related field.
  • Have experience working with planning processes, business systems or data-driven decision support.
  • Have strong Excel skills, while experience with Anaplan, Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Take a structured approach to problem-solving and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Communicate confidently in English and enjoy collaborating across functions and geographies.

Grow your expertise in a global planning environment This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with one of ECCO’s key planning platforms while building a broad network across our global organisation. You will work with colleagues from many different functions and regions, giving you insight into how a global value chain operates and how technology can support business performance. We welcome different perspectives and experiences, and we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement. If this role excites you and you believe you can contribute, we would love to hear from you. Ready to help shape the future of planning at ECCO? We review applications on an ongoing basis and the vacancy is open until the right candidate has been found, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Then you’ll fit right in.
