Job Title: Senior Business Process Consultant – ServiceNow Location: Stockholm, Sweden Experience: 8–10 Years Job Description We are looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant with ServiceNow expertise to analyze client business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The consultant will work directly with clients to understand business needs, define process improvement strategies, and develop proposals and delivery plans. Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and existing processes.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
• Develop business process solutions and recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Define strategies, proposals, and implementation plans for process improvement initiatives.
• Recommend changes to internal processes, functions, or operating models, including third-party service delivery where appropriate.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.
• Support consulting engagement development and maintain effective utilization of billable hours.
