What you'll do

DISCOVER THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY. Dive into the fascinating world of electric-electronic vehicle development. We ensure modern overall vehicle E/E architectures, seamless integration between software and hardware, as well as testing and validation of customer functions. Our primary goal is to improve the quality of our customers' products and ensure their future update capability. To achieve this, we combine innovative tools, best practices, automotive expertise, and a flexible mindset. We are proud to be part of the innovation development for the mobility of tomorrow. As a Business Lead Automotive, you will serve as the technical spearhead and strategic engine for our automotive service expansion into the Swedish market, working closely with our German Business Development team and the local representatives of the IoT team in Sweden. You combine deep domain expertise in Electrical/Electronic (E/E) systems and Automotive Software IT with the potential of modern AI applications and global offshore/nearshore delivery models. You translate the complex transformation challenges of Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs into highly scalable service and engineering offerings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Development (Tier 1 & OEMs): Identify market needs, related outsourcing opportunities, and develop targeted go-to-market plan for Sweden.
  • E/E, Automotive Software IT & AI Solution Architecture: Analyze customers’ process chains (e.g., SDV, ECU development, software testing, AI-based engineering) and develop tailored service concepts and technology roadmaps.
  • Offshore Delivery Integration: Design scalable offshore and near-shore operating models that meet the stringent quality, security, and process requirements of automotive enterprises.
  • Technical Pre-Sales & C-Level Consulting: Support our Business Development and Key Account teams in high-stakes customer discussions, RFI/RFP phases, and technical pitches with engineering leaders, CTOs, and procurement executives.
  • Thought Leadership & Trend Scouting: Evaluate emerging trends at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Humanoid Robotics, and E/E architectures, and integrate these innovations into our service portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification, along with several years of experience in the automotive engineering services industry.
  • Deep E/E & IT Domain Expertise: Solid hands-on knowledge of automotive E/E development and IT process chains (e.g., AUTOSAR, ROS, Systems/Software Engineering, ISO 26262, ASPICE, DevOps/CI/CD).
  • AI & Offshoring Expertise: Strong understanding of the application of Artificial Intelligence in engineering, as well as experience working with or managing international offshore and nearshore development teams.
  • Enterprise Automotive Experience: Familiarity with working alongside OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, including their procurement processes and business requirements.
  • Communication & Business Acumen: Excellent German and English language skills, ideally complemented by Swedish, as well as the ability to confidently present complex technical solutions and global delivery concepts to C-level executives and board-level stakeholders
