Business Development Senior Manager – Ecommerce Growth Solutions (Nordics)

Role Overview Own the growth of Planet’s Ecommerce Growth Solutions business in the Nordics, identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and helping merchants optimise payments, conversion, and international growth. What You Will Do Commercial Growth

• Build and execute a strong pipeline of ecommerce opportunities across the Nordics.
• Acquire new merchants and develop strategic accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.

Market Development

• Establish Planet as a recognised payment partner within the Nordic ecommerce community.
• Develop relationships with key merchants, ecommerce platforms, payment stakeholders and digital commerce leaders.

Growth Solution Adoption

• Position Planet's strategic growth solutions as business enablers for merchants.
• Work closely with Product and GTM teams to bring new solutions to market.
• Develop commercial opportunities around MCP, orchestration, fraud, PCI Proxy and future growth initiatives.

Ecosystem Development

• Build relationships with: Merchants Agencies Integrators Ecommerce platforms Technology partners Local payment ecosystem stakeholders.

Who You Are

• 5-7+ years in ecommerce, payments, PSP, acquiring.
• Strong commercial track record in business development and new business acquisition.
• Existing network across the Nordic ecommerce and payments ecosystem.
• Experience selling complex payment or commerce solutions.
• Deep understanding of Nordic payment behaviours and preferences.
• Familiarity with: Local acquiring landscape, Payment and Ecommerce technology stack
• Hunter mentality.
• Highly relationship-driven.
• Comfortable working across markets and cultures.
• Able to influence both commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Strategic enough to contribute to growth initiatives while remaining execution-focused.
