What you'll do

A fast-growing Stockholm tech company is hiring its first Business Development Representative for the DACH market. Workwide is running the search. The company helps several thousand companies worldwide scale their tech teams with vetted specialists in software development, data and AI. Around 100 people from more than 20 countries. The working language is English, so you do not need Swedish and you do not need to have worked in Sweden before. The role You are the first point of contact for prospects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You reach out to CTOs, VPs of Engineering and Development Managers at companies with 50 to 2,000 employees, qualify them, and hand the meetings to the Account Executives. Roughly half your accounts you research yourself in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, the other half comes from prepared target lists. The core of the job is 300 calls per week. That is the one non-negotiable target, and calling is the primary source of pipeline. Alongside it you run structured LinkedIn sequences through Lemlist and write personalised emails. You join two BDRs covering the Nordics and one covering UK and Ireland, reporting to the Sales Lead. What you bring

  • German at native level and fluent English
  • Proven cold outreach experience in sales, business development or lead generation
  • Genuine appetite for high activity, not just a willingness to tolerate it
  • Structured, self-starting and open to feedback
  • Real interest in technology and AI, and in using new AI tools in your workflow
  • Nice to have: HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo, Lusha or Sales Navigator, and a background in SaaS, recruitment or staffing

What is on offer

  • 33,000 to 37,000 SEK per month total OTE, including on-target commission
  • A three-month ramp with targets that increase step by step, supported by training, 1:1s and workshops
  • A clear path from BDR to Senior BDR to Account Executive, typically one to two years and driven by performance
  • Permanent contract, 40 hours, six-month probation, hybrid with four days per week in the Stockholm office
  • Breakfast daily, snacks and drinks in the office, an annual company trip, and a paid day off on your birthday

Process Four stages, all by video and around 30 minutes each: a first call with Workwide, an interview with the Hiring Manager, a short case you prepare and present, and a final interview with the CCO. Apply with your CV in English.
