Business Development Representative

We're building Fika Jobs to change how people find jobs and how companies find talent. Using AI, we're making hiring more personal, intelligent, and efficient. We're a small, ambitious team backed by some incredible investors, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative to help us grow. What you'll do

• Find and connect with potential customers and introduce them to Fika.
• Build relationships, start conversations, and create new business opportunities.
• Work directly with the founders to grow our customer base and shape how we approach sales.
• Experiment with creative ways to reach customers and help us scale.
• Take ownership, bring new ideas, and make a real impact from day one.
