Join us as we enter our next growth phase! The Role Talent360 is one of Caliber's key strategic growth initiatives, and we're expanding across Europe and the US. As our Business Development Representative, you'll build a scalable outbound engine and help win new Talent360 customers. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping our go-to-market strategy from the ground up. This is a full-time position. Our corporate language is English, and we like to have fun together as a team — so we hope you do, too! Key Tasks & Activities

• Build outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, HubSpot, email and phone to generate qualified pipelines across Europe and North America
• Book high-quality meetings with CHROs, Heads of Talent, Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition leaders
• Run discovery meetings and product demos for qualified prospects, and manage the pipeline in our CRM
• Develop deep knowledge of Talent360 and the HR technology landscape, and work with Sales, Marketing and Leadership to sharpen our outbound strategy and hit pipeline targets
• Other tasks may be added based on your skills and interests

Your Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS business development or enterprise sales, with proven success prospecting into large enterprises
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a strong commercial mindset and confidence engaging senior executives
• Experience with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar sales tools
• Ideally based in Denmark and able to work from our Copenhagen office
• Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding or People functions
• Experience selling SaaS, market intelligence or research solutions
• An extra European language (French or German)
• Experience running product demos
