About the Role The Business Development Manager plays an important role in helping WIN SOURCE build new business entry points and growth opportunities in target markets. This role is designed for B2B sales professionals who are strong in proactive outreach, market judgment, and customer relationship building. You will identify key industries, new customers and potential business opportunities in your assigned region, and move prospects from initial contact to RFQ, quotation, meetings or formal cooperation. In this role, you will not simply search for customer lists. You will understand local market structures, customer purchasing habits and supply chain pain points, judge which customers are worth developing over the long term, and turn potential opportunities into measurable business growth through consistent communication. We are looking for a development-oriented sales partner who can open new markets, build customer trust and grow WIN SOURCE’s local business presence. Key Responsibilities

• Research target industries, key accounts and potential OEM, EMS, manufacturing and technology customers in the assigned region.
• Build target customer lists and define customer development priorities.
• Proactively develop new customers through email, phone, LinkedIn and industry resources.
• Introduce WIN SOURCE’s electronic component sourcing and supply chain solutions to customers.
• Identify customer purchasing needs, supply chain pain points and cooperation opportunities.
• Move customers from initial communication to RFQ, quotation, sample discussion, meetings or further commercial engagement.
• Work with sales, sourcing, procurement and quality teams to evaluate customer opportunities and support execution.
• Track new customer development progress and continuously improve regional development strategies.
• Convert new customer opportunities into trackable sales pipelines and real business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, customer development or market development.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductors, industrial products, manufacturing, supply chain or distribution is preferred.
• Experience developing OEM, EMS, manufacturing or technology customers is preferred.
• Strong ability in cold outreach, market judgment, and opportunity identification.
• Ability to independently conduct remote customer development and regional market expansion.
• Strong business communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to turn customer opportunities into business results.
• Good English or local language communication skills.
