Role Overview Business Development Manager | Oslo | Remote Fresha is already transforming the way beauty and wellness businesses operate around the world. Now, we’re bringing that opportunity to Oslo - and this is where you come in. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to be one of the builders of Fresha’s next chapter. You won’t simply be joining an established sales team; you’ll be helping build the Norweigan market from the ground up, bringing Fresha to ambitious businesses and shaping how we grow across the country. Working closely with our Commercial team and prospective partners, you’ll be 100% focused on winning new business and helping grow Fresha’s presence across Norway. Salary & Earning Potential If Denmark based: 560,000 DKK OTE 420,000 DKK base + additional performance based variable pay If Oslo based: 850,000 NOK OTE 635,000 NOK base + additional performance based variable pay Hit 100% of your target, and you earn your OTE. Surpass your target, and you earn more with our accelerator model; the sales team hit 110% globally in 2026. What You'll Do

• Drive growth - Consistently achieve sales targets through bringing new businesses onto Fresha's platform.
• Outbound outreach - Engage key decision-makers through phone, email & social touches, as well as in-person meetings where appropriate.
• Consultative selling - Present, promote and sell products and services through tailored product demos, helping prospective partners understand how Fresha can transform the way they run their business.
• Own the full sales cycle - Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
• Become a trusted business partner - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives.
• Collaboration - Work closely with departments across Fresha to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Market trends - Identify emerging trends and share insights that help Fresha continue to build products and experiences that move the beauty and wellness industry forward.
• Leads - Turn interest into impact through contacting 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner, accurately documenting all call outcomes in the CRM.
• Champion our partners - Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

• Proven sales impact - Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
• Industry - SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
• Relationship building - You are a true hunter who enjoys opening doors, building trust and creating meaningful relationships with businesses and decision-makers.
• Driven & organised - You can manage multiple opportunities, prioritise and stay focused on delivering an exceptional experience throughout the sales process.
• Curiosity & growth mindset - You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop.
• Language skills: Fluency in Norwegian.
