You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, offering tailored solutions that align with their business needs while supporting CooperVision’s strategic goals. Your mission is to drive sustainable growth through consultative selling, strategic planning, and exceptional customer engagement. Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting. - Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience - Fluency in Danish and English is essential - Qualified optometrist or someone with experience of the Optics industry is highly desirable - 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in medical devices, FMCG, or retail. - Experience in the vision care category or B2B2C environments is a plus. - Proven success in territory sales planning, consultative selling, and customer business planning. - Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
