What you'll do

Are you the kind of person who walks into a tech event knowing no one and leaves having met five interesting people? We might be looking for you. Airexpert is expanding its presence in Stockholm, and we're looking for an outgoing, curious and well-connected person to become our face in the local tech and business community. We're an official Airtable partner and consultancy helping companies rethink how their operations actually work — replacing messy processes, disconnected tools and manual work with smarter systems and automation. And rather than only talking about that online, we want to meet the people building and running businesses in Stockholm in person. That's where you come in. Your first mission: We're hosting an Airexpert × Airtable event in Stockholm in early October, bringing together people interested in smarter operations, automation and better ways of working. In the weeks leading up to it, you'll attend selected tech, startup, AI, automation and business events around Stockholm and meet people who could genuinely benefit from joining us. Not handing out flyers. Not delivering a sales pitch. You'll have real conversations, find the right people, tell them what we're building and invite them to be part of it. What you'll actually do:

  • Attend selected events, meetups and mingles around Stockholm representing Airexpert
  • Start conversations with founders, operators, business leaders and tech professionals
  • Spot the people who are genuinely relevant to our community
  • Introduce Airexpert and our upcoming event in a simple, engaging way
  • Invite interested people and follow up so conversations turn into registrations
  • Give us a quick recap after each event — who you met, what resonated and what you learned

We'll give you the context, messaging and everything you need to represent us confidently. You don't need to be an Airtable expert. But if you're already familiar with Airtable or similar tools, we'd love to know, please mention it in your CV. Who we'd love to meet: We're less interested in your exact job title and more interested in how you are with people. You might already work in events, community, partnerships, business development, startups, sales or you might simply be someone who naturally builds connections wherever you go. What matters is that you:

  • Live in Stockholm and can start soon
  • Genuinely enjoy meeting new people
  • Feel comfortable walking up to someone you've never met and starting a conversation
  • Are curious about tech, startups, AI, automation or the way modern companies work
  • Can represent a company professionally without sounding scripted or salesy
  • Are proactive and reliable
  • Speak fluent English; Swedish is a strong plus

Already knowing your way around Stockholm's startup and tech scene is a big advantage. Why Airexpert? We're not looking for someone to disappear into a large marketing team. You'll work closely with us, see directly what impact your work has, and help shape how Airexpert builds its community in Stockholm. The October event is the starting point. If we work well together, we'd like this to grow into an ongoing part-time collaboration — representing Airexpert at events throughout the year, discovering the communities we should be part of, helping us build relationships and taking on more responsibility as we grow in the Nordics. So if networking is something you actually enjoy, rather than something you force yourself to do, we'd like to meet you. Apply through LinkedIn and tell us briefly why this sounds like you.
