Business Controller/ Analyst

Role Summary Are you intrested in joing a diverse team of business controllers with ambition to support TRATON Reseach & Development business? We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Business Controller with a strong passion to enable good steering and planning processes and tools. The role involves supporting and driving financial processes, participating in strategic decision-making and ensuring that financial targets are met. Research & Development is currently undergoing major changes in ways of working, systems and roles - and Controlling is evolving accordingly. Operating in a global context, Controlling plays an important role as a business partner. You will actively contribute to designing and implementing the future financial management model. Education Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Controlling or a similar finance controlling role.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience supporting or partnering with management teams.
• Experience working in an international and global business environment is highly desirable.
• Experience with financial closing processes, KPI follow-up, and performance management.
• Experience influencing cost development and supporting strategic business decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.
