Business Control Systems & BI Lead

Take the lead in shaping the financial data, technical processes, and reporting capabilities that support Business Control. In this role, you will own and develop the finance data and technical processes, ensuring they continuously evolve to meet business needs - always in close collaboration with Technology. While Technology holds the technical system ownership, this role carries the technical process ownership and business responsibility for Business Control systems and BI. You will combine hands-on operational work with strategic development initiatives, creating the foundation for improved financial insights, governance, and decision-making. This is a key role in bridging Finance and Tech, ensuring that business requirements are translated into sustainable, high-quality solutions. As Dustin continues to strengthen its data-driven decision-making capabilities, this role will play a critical part in modernizing how financial data and processes are managed, governed, and developed - driving transparency, efficiency, and control within the Business Control function. • Lead the development of Business Control systems, BI solutions, and data governance within the Business Control function, enabling better planning, reporting, and decision-making.
• Define and govern financial data models and structures, ensuring quality, consistency, and usability.
• Act as a key bridge between Finance and Tech, driving improvements across data governance, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives in close collaboration with Tech
• Combine hands-on operational work with long-term development initiatives by owning and continuously improving the Business Control systems and BI landscape.

Your role & influence as Business Control Systems & BI Lead Responsibility: You own and develop the technical financial processes, data, and reporting capabilities that support Business Control. This includes ensuring strong data governance, quality, and alignment with business needs. While Technology owns the systems, you are accountable for how finance data and processes are defined, used, and improved. Collaboration: Together with your team and key stakeholders in Finance and Technology, you ensure that Business Control processes are efficient, well-governed, and supported by fit-for-purpose systems and data structures. Core activities:

• Own and develop technical Business Control processes across planning, forecasting, reporting, and follow-up
• Define and govern financial data models and structures, ensuring quality, consistency, and usability
• Act as the primary interface to Technology, driving requirements and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives in close collaboration with Tech
• Support and evolve BI and reporting capabilities to strengthen financial insights and decision-making
• Lead the long-term development of Business Control processes and capabilities, aligned with business strategy

• You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• You are comfortable acting as a bridge between Finance stakeholders and technical teams.
• You have experience working in Business Control, Finance Systems, BI, or a similar field.
• You have experience participating in finance system implementations, upgrades, or ERP transformations, and have supported the transition of financial processes and reporting in connection with system changes.
• You have experience balancing operational responsibilities with driving development and improvement initiatives.
• You have technical skills in data models, system integrations, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• You have hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or similar tools.
