Location: Copenhagen, Denmark, with travel to East Africa for regional events, forums and client work Start date: 1 January 2027 Contract: 2 years, fixed-term, with the possibility of renewal Salary: DKK 37,500 gross per month Benefits: Statutory holiday pay under the Danish Holiday Act and ATP contributions as required by law Application deadline: 31 October 2026 About Adamcon Adamcon ApS is a Danish business consulting company expanding from Europe into East Africa. We are looking for a consultant who wants to help build that growth into lasting partnerships and measurable results. The role You will identify growth opportunities in the East African consulting market and build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders. You will provide strategic insight to guide the company’s direction, lead high-impact projects from concept to completion, and represent Adamcon ApS at regional events and forums. What we are looking for - Proven experience in business consulting in East Africa - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to deliver results in dynamic environments - Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage Why this role This is a chance to help shape a new market from the start.
