Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst Location: Sweden (Hybrid) Type: Contract Position Please find below Job Description: Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, and project managers to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications and deliverables. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create process flows, business process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA/Test teams, and business SMEs.
• Manage requirements throughout the SDLC, including changes and traceability.
• Support UAT planning, test-case preparation, defect clarification, and business sign-off.
• Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, and gaps related to requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and obtain agreement on requirements and solutions.
• Support impact analysis for proposed business and system changes.
• Prepare clear documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, process maps, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, where applicable.
• Support implementation, training, rollout, and post-implementation activities.
