Business Analyst – Banking & Payments - Global Banking Client Location: Stockholm Type: Freelance We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global banking client on a major Autogiro and payment migration programme. You’ll play a central role in translating business needs into clear requirements, analysing existing payment processes and ensuring alignment between business, IT and technical teams throughout the migration. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain business requirements and use cases
  • Document AS-IS processes, business rules and payment flows
  • Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses
  • Analyse Autogiro and Bankgiro migration requirements
  • Work closely with Architects, Product Owners and Product Specialists
  • Support migration planning and preparation for development

Requirements

  • Strong Business Analysis experience within banking, payments or financial services
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation and process analysis
  • Experience working on complex change or migration programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured, analytical and pragmatic approach
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements

Experience with Autogiro, Bankgiro, ISO 20022 or Request to Pay is highly desirable for this position. If you have the relevant experience and interested in finding out more, please apply below.
