Brand & UI Designer

At Bixter, we're transforming how international recruitment is done through a complex, connected ecosystem. We build experience-first products on an AI / human-in-the-loop infrastructure, and our digitalization is data-driven and iterative. We put the customer experience at the core, and build our products to support the desired experience in a unified, consistent digital ecosystem. Our new Brand & UI Designer will define the brand strategy, design the visual identity, create the design guidelines, build the design system, and create the UI design for our digital ecosystem. This role will lead and own this area, working closely with Marketing for content development, and with the Digital Ecosystem UX Architect and Customer Insights & Growth Researcher. Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing the brand and apply the strategy to the UI design
• Define the new brand visual identity based on the brand principals
• Build the tone of voice and brand visual guidlines
• Build a design system from scratch that is scalable, structured, and on-brand
• Design the UI for the whole ecosystem
• Collaborate with UX Research to test designs
• Collaborate with the Digital Ecosystem UX Architect on desired hero flows
• Collaborate with Marketing to make sure design decisions support the best business outcomes
• Build best practices to democratize page design
• Use AI to accelerate process and remove tedious tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) and comfortable maintaining a shared design system in one.
• Experience working with a global brand, including localization of design
• Creative, proactive, and delivers high-quality outcomes
• Providing a visual portfolio and case study showcase is a requirement
• Experience using AI in design and processes
