BIM Coordinator

BIM Coordinator Are you an experienced BIM Coordinator looking to play a key role on a major data centre development with an established international general contractor? Join a growing business delivering technically complex projects across Denmark and Europe. This is an opportunity to work closely with design and construction teams, coordinating BIM delivery on a significant development with scope to progress as the business continues to expand. You’ll support the coordination of civil, structural, architectural and MEP models, helping resolve design issues before installation and ensuring accurate information reaches the site teams. This role would suit a BIM Coordinator or an experienced BIM Technician looking to take the next step into a broader coordination position. Your role will include:

• Coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models across design and construction.
• Carrying out clash detection, tracking issues and supporting their resolution.
• Working closely with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to manage design interfaces.

You will need:

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Technician within construction or building services.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience coordinating models and resolving clashes across multiple disciplines.
• An understanding of BIM standards, common data environments and document control processes.
• Data centre, pharmaceutical or industrial project experience would be beneficial.
• Willingness to work on site in Olgod
