What you'll do

We are looking for highly qualified scientists with advanced academic backgrounds and strong Norwegian and English language skills to contribute to the evaluation and improvement of next-generation AI systems. This opportunity is suited to researchers and subject-matter experts who can apply deep scientific knowledge when reviewing AI-generated content involving technical and potentially sensitive topics. Previous experience with AI or machine learning is not required, as training on the evaluation process will be provided. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scientifically accurate prompts and scenarios in Norwegian.
  • Review AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, relevance, clarity, and safety.
  • Assess how AI systems respond to specialized scientific and sensitive subject matter.
  • Apply structured evaluation criteria consistently across assigned tasks.
  • Provide clear, concise, and well-supported feedback on model responses.

Candidate Profile

  • PhD completed or currently in progress in Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related scientific discipline.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian.
  • Strong professional written English.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory, research, or computational methods within your field.
  • Excellent analytical skills and sound scientific judgment.
  • Ability to assess technical information carefully and responsibly.

Relevant academic and professional backgrounds may include:

  • Organic or inorganic chemistry
  • Molecular biology
  • Microbiology
  • Virology
  • Genetics
  • Biochemistry
  • Radiochemistry or nuclear chemistry
  • Radiation-related scientific disciplines
  • Other closely related STEM fields

Additional experience in scientific review, technical evaluation, red teaming, chemical safety, biosafety, biosecurity, or responsible research practices would be an advantage. Work Arrangement
