Bid Manager

Bid Lead- Infrastructure Would you like to play a key role in shaping some of Denmark’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects? We are currently looking for an experienced Bid Lead to take ownership of complex tender processes from initial planning through to submission – and, on larger projects, into the early execution phase for one of our clients. You will play a central role at the intersection of technical solutions, commercial strategy, finance, contracts, risk and project execution. Working closely with project managers, specialists, estimators, clients and other key stakeholders, you will lead the development of high-quality and competitive bids. The role You will be responsible for: • Leading and driving the tender process from start to finish • Planning and coordinating activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders • Leading strategy, progress and closing meetings • Ensuring structure, quality and progress towards key deadlines • Analysing tender documentation, requirements and client needs • Leading the development of bid strategy and risk management • Creating alignment between technical solutions, time, cost and risk • Coordinating and quality-assuring the complete tender submission • Working closely with the project organisation and, on larger projects, supporting the transition from tender to execution The projects This is an opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects in Denmark, with project values typically ranging from approximately DKK 500 million to DKK 2 billion+. The project portfolio includes large-scale infrastructure, civil engineering, climate adaptation and green transition projects. These are complex projects involving multiple disciplines, significant commercial considerations and a high level of technical and organisational complexity. About you You have a technical/engineering or construction background and solid experience leading complex tender processes, within civil engineering and infrastructure. You are structured, commercially minded and comfortable bringing together people with different areas of expertise. You know how to create momentum and structure in complex processes, even when deadlines are tight, and you are confident communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. You have experience from larger projects and a strong understanding of the relationship between technical solutions, commercial considerations, contracts, cost and risk. Experience with Sigma, BIM, Revit, Solibri or similar tools is an advantage. You have strong Excel skills and are comfortable working in English at a professional and negotiation level.
