Practical Information: Location: Helsinki, Finland | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Reports to: Director of Public Sector & Services Sales | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Finland | Language Requirements: Full proficiency in English and Finnish, written and verbal As our new Bid Manager, you will lead and orchestrate the end-to-end bid and proposal process, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive submissions are delivered on time. Working closely with sales and cross-functional teams, you will bring together the right stakeholders, drive governance and decision-making, and keep strategic pursuits on track from qualification through submission. By shaping winning bid strategies and managing complex opportunities, you will play a key role in helping SoftwareOne secure new business and accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities - Drive the end-to-end bid and proposal lifecycle, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions. - Develop and drive winning bid strategies that maximize the likelihood of securing new business opportunities. - Coordinate and align cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Technology teams. - Manage bid governance, timelines, reviews, approvals, and submission requirements throughout the process. - Partner closely with Sales to support customer pursuits while maintaining ownership of the bid process. - Contribute directly to the success of strategic and high-profile customer opportunities across a global organization. - Foster collaboration and effective communication across diverse teams to deliver compelling and competitive proposals. What we need to see from you:

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex bid processes from planning through submission.

- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. - Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy. - Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and framework agreements. - Experience working in international and matrix organizations, collaborating with diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with CRM, proposal management, and collaboration tools.
