Your Impact The Beauty Consultant Rotator is an ambassador of the Maison and is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury experience to clients across various points of sale, ensuring consistency in service, commercial excellence, and operational support wherever the business requires it. Their primary objective is to drive sales, develop client relationships, and uphold brand standards, adapting with agility to different teams, locations, and retail environments. Reports To Wholesale Manager / Field Manager (depending on local structure) Location : Trondheim Region Position Sales & Client Experience

• Act as a brand ambassador in all assigned points of sale.
• Provide a premium, personalized client experience aligned with the Maison's standards.
• Conduct in-store sales activities and, where applicable, remote selling.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Execute the full sales process following the brand's service method.
• Propose complementary and cross-category sales to offer a holistic beauty approach.
• Passionately communicate the brand's history, values, and products.
• Acquire new clients through genuine and high-quality interactions.

Commercial Performance

• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and retail, clienteling, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Maximize commercial opportunities in each assigned location.
• Quickly adapt to the commercial potential, foot traffic, and client profile of each point of sale.
• Actively support launches, commercial animations, and peak activity periods.

Clienteling & Loyalty

• Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients, even when operating in different points of sale.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure merchandising and point-of-sale image are maintained according to corporate guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the relevant manager.
• Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks: merchandise reception, returns preparation, opening/closing procedures, restocking, order, and cleanliness of the space.
• Adhere to all operational procedures, IT tool usage, attendance, punctuality, and grooming guidelines.
• Integrate quickly and effectively into different teams and operational dynamics.

Flexibility & Transversal Support

• Cover absences, temporary reinforcements, peak activity periods, or specific business needs in various locations.
• Adapt to different managers, teams, clients, and commercial contexts.
• Provide operational stability and service continuity across stores or counters.
• Share best practices among teams when relevant.
• Maintain a collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented attitude in changing environments.
