Design your dreams with Dior. Your Impact Parfums Christian Dior Nordics is looking for a BEAUTY CONSULTANT based in Salling Rodovre, Denmark. This position is offered for 17h/week. Reporting to the Counter Manager, our Beauty Consultant is the Dior Ambassador. As a member of the Dior team, you will represent the Brand values and passion to our customers and always demonstrate a Dior attitude. The main objective will be to achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing the highest standard of service to customers. The Beauty Consultant is a brand ambassador, focused on driving sales through exceptional service. This role requires mastery in product knowledge, client relationship management, and operational efficiency to provide a luxury experience that aligns with Dior's standards. Position

• Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper
• Sell Dior products by meeting our client’s needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method:
• Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping
• Identify and understand customers’ needs
• Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers. Offer the right service and conduct it perfectly. Propose complementary products within category and cross category. Offer a global beauty approach.
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to the retail, clienteling & customer satisfaction KPIs on a monthly basis,
• Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products
• Engage new clients to the brand, through genuine human interaction
• Participate in counter merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines,
• Respect operational procedures (IT tools usage, attendance, punctuality…) and Dior grooming guidelines
• Master Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge
• Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability.
• Leverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect) to drive traffic, client telling, develop client loyalty and take actions
