As part of a growing product organisation, you will play a key role in shaping the future of finance automation, driving AI-led innovation, and leading a talented team responsible for delivering products used by customers across multiple markets. About the Role As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for a suite of finance solutions within the Business Central ecosystem. Working closely with engineering teams, customers, and partners, you will identify opportunities to simplify complex financial and operational processes through automation, intelligent workflows, and modern user experiences. This role combines strategic product ownership, people leadership, and hands-on collaboration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys influencing product direction while remaining close to both users and technology. Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for finance-focused Business Central solutions
• Lead and develop a team of 7-8 product professionals
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimise financial and operational workflows
• Drive the adoption of AI and LLM capabilities within the product portfolio
• Collaborate with customers and partners to understand market requirements and shape future product direction
• Simplify complex business processes through improved user experiences and reduced manual effort
• Balance customer needs, commercial objectives, and technical considerations to deliver scalable solutions

What We're Looking For

• Product Management experience within ERP solutions
• Solid understanding of end-to-end finance and operational business processes
• Experience working with automation, AI, machine learning, or intelligent systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Previous people leadership or team management experience
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical and user-focused solutions
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a strong focus on delivering business value
• Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment
